The procedure for the superficies license required for the development of an offshore wind farm and the environmental impact assessment (EIA) was initiated by the Government of the Republic in 2020. During the EIA (2020 – 2024), the necessary studies were carried out, and in cooperation with many authorities, stakeholders, and interested parties, work were carried out to find a suitable solution for the offshore wind farm.
